- Services once initiated cannot be transferred to another manuscript without prior approval.

- We DO NOT guarantee acceptance, fast-track publication, indexing, impact factor, or reviewer decisions.
- Journal recommendations are provided based on scope matching, author requirements, and available information at the time of submission.
- Publication timelines shared are estimated only and may vary depending on the journal’s editorial and peer-review process.
- Indexing claims are subject to the official databases and publisher updates.
- Any verbal or written assurance beyond this policy shall be considered invalid.
💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Service charges once paid are non-refundable after submission or processing has begun.
- In case of cancellation before submission, partial refunds may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
- Rejection by a journal does not qualify for a refund.
- If the author withdraws the manuscript after peer review or acceptance, no refund will be applicable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Journal-imposed APCs or third-party charges are non-refundable.
